We understand that sometimes a piece may not be exactly what you envisioned, which is why we have crafted a transparent and hassle-free policy to protect your purchase and ensure your peace of mind.

To ensure the safety of your exquisite pieces, all Classy5 orders are dispatched through Royal Mail Tracked Shipping. This allows you to monitor your journey of elegance from our workshop to your home. Most orders within the UK are processed swiftly to ensure your jewellery reaches you in pristine condition.

Returns & Exchange Eligibility

    We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition, accompanied by all original packaging and documentation.

    Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, items purchased during a Sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    The Return Process

      To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at yoursclassy5@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with detailed shipping instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where an incorrect or defective item was received.

      Refunds & Exchanges

        Once your returned item is received and verified by our quality assurance team, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account. Exchanges are subject to product availability; if your desired piece is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.
