What are the shipping options available?

We offer free shipping to the United Kingdom. All items are insured and can be tracked using the allocated tracking number. Shipping fees, if any, are calculated in Pounds (£).

How is my order processed?

We are currently shipping to the UK, and all orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. Standard Delivery is Free All over UK. Please allow 3-5 working days for the order to be received.

How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?

Typically, all orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After dispatch, it will take 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, for delivery. The estimated delivery time is calculated from the shipment date, not the order date.

This is due to the fact the warehouse are trying to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.

We want to make sure you love what you buy! We offer returns and exchanges for 30 days on all eligible items. Items must be unused with all tags attached.
