We offer free shipping to the United Kingdom. All items are insured and can be tracked using the allocated tracking number. Shipping fees, if any, are calculated in Pounds (£)

We are currently shipping to the UK, and all orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. Standard Delivery is Free All over UK. Please allow 3-5 working days for the order to be received.
Typically, all orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After dispatch, it will take 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, for delivery. The estimated delivery time is calculated from the shipment date, not the order date.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. To ensure product safety, high-value orders may require a signature at the time of delivery.
Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email. Visit the link provided in the email or enter your tracking number on theRoyal Mail tracking website to stay updated on your order's current location.
Unfortunately, when an order is placed there is a very small window of opportunity for us to be able to locate your order and amend any details. This is due to the fact the warehouse are trying to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.
While this is rare, products may arrive to you faulty or damaged. All stock is thoroughly checked for any issues before Shipping, but we understand that during the shipping process defects may occur due to the fragile nature of product (jewellery).
In case of damage in transit, please inform us on the same day of receiving the parcel (delays in reporting the fault are not eligible for refunds). Classy5 will replace it with new piece if available or we will refund the money when you return the damaged piece back to us (we will bank transfer the shipping cost to you). Refunds will be processed after receiving the damaged product and this has to be returned within 7 working days.

We want to make sure you love what you buy! We offer returns and exchanges for 30 days on all eligible items. Items must be unused with all tags attached.
Rest Assured! upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. It may take 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.
